Andreas (Andy) Novotny
Andy Novotny is President and Founder of InterPro Group. He has over 25 years of practitioner experience in Business Operations Management and Extended Enterprise Management.

Mr. Novotny has served in executive, interim management, project management, and consulting roles for a variety of Manufacturing and Distribution businesses. He has led numerous operational improvement and growth initiatives, local and global restructuring projects, assessments and due diligence projects in North America and Europe.

Born in Austria, Mr. Novotny speaks fluent English and German. He has lived in the USA since 1993 and he is American citizen. His education includes Industrial Manufacturing and Electronics Engineering at European technical institutions. Mr. Novotny serves as a director for AME Enterprise Excellence Northeast and for TMA Corporate Renewal in CT, and is a member of ACG-Association for Corporate Growth.

Lorenz Brauneck
Mr. Brauneck has two decades of experience, both in software development and consulting. Since 1995 Mr. Brauneck and his team have been providing configuration management and fleet management software for the aerospace industry. For more than 15 years Mr. Brauneck has worked in this particular field helping international corporations improve their business processes and associated software systems. Most recently, he led the successful introduction of the web based CMExpert software to the aerospace market.

Born in Germany, Mr. Brauneck speaks fluent English and German. He has been in the USA since 1992. His background includes Configuration Management, Maintenance Management, and Production Planning in both, business process engineering and software development/implementation. He obtained his Master degree in Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

David Piacitelli
David Piacitelli has spent over 20 years in marketing, sales, and business management. He successfully sold into the automotive, telecommunications, high-tech electronics, and consumer/industrial hardware markets. His experience includes national sales representative network development and management, application of strategic marketing techniques to improve market penetration and sales effectiveness, and implementation of streamlined sales management systems for improved bottom line and corporate focus.

Most recently David has developed a business process aimed at revenue development beginning with a current situation analysis and encompassing customers, prospects, pipeline and demographics. This is data collection and benchmarking phase. The next phase in David's program is forecast development. Forecasting formulates the goals and provides the benchmarks for the final phase-revenue development. Mr. Piacitelli segments revenue development into a three-tier process that addresses both short and long term goals. The three tiers are 1) developing new business from existing customers, 2) developing new customers for existing products and services, and 3) development new markets.

Ken Branco
Ken Branco is an accomplished practitioner in the development and implementation of Lean Sigma Enterprises. His experiences span the complete Enterprise, from Sales to Accounts Receivable. In his 30 plus years of business experience (15 in consulting and training), he has provided management, leadership, consulting and training to dozens of Enterprises, hundreds of teams, and thousands of individuals. His consulting career has spanned Enterprises from 20 people to the Fortune 50.

Mr. Branco's industry experience includes automotive, legal firms, electronics, machining, metal casting and rolling, woodworking, pharmaceuticals, glass, power plants and healthcare. He has led major projects resulting in lead time reductions of 50+ %, productivity improvements of 40%, business process improvements of 50%, and space reductions of 60%.

Mr. Branco is highly regarded for his teaching and mentoring skills. He has taught and mentored Lean Sigma students in Asia, Australia, South and North America. Many of these engagements were comprised of students from multiple countries and cultures.

A.J. Tozzi
A.J. Tozzi is an innovative and seasoned Operations Executive that began his Lean Training with the Shingijitsu Group and later honed his Lean Enterprise skills in Danaher Corporation both as a Lean Practitioner and as an Operations Executive. These skills and experiences allow Mr. Tozzi to identify and solve complex business issues throughout the entire Value Stream of an organization.

Mr. Tozzi has extensive experience as a change agent and has led hundreds of successful Kaizen events and many Business Transformations that have resulted in dramatic improvements in Quality, Customer Service, Cost Reduction and Working Capital Reduction, and Top Line Growth. Equally skilled in shop floor and administrative process improvement, Mr. Tozzi's hands-on approach to teaching, and "just-do-it" methodology delivers bottom line results fast.

Whether leading individual kaizen events that deliver improved operating results or leading a Business Transformation Process that integrates the development and execution of Company Strategy to deliver sustainable and continuously improving business results, Mr. Tozzi is recognized for his ability to communicate, understand issues, and energize teams at all levels of an organization to solve problems and improve performance.

Scott Gauvin
Scott Gauvin is an experienced change agent with 15 years of demonstrated manufacturing and business management success. A native of Boston, Scott began his career locally in technology integration, from database systems design to full MRP implementations for clients such as Courier Corporation, Titelist and Harris Communications also working within the manufacturing and operations sectors of the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, printing, communications, hospitality and equipment industries.

Currently, Scott specializes in developing continuous improvement initiatives and implementing Lean and Six Sigma solutions for clients in software, healthcare and manufacturing and has spent nearly 3 years supporting significant lean implementations in China. In addition to his experience in China, Scott has developed operational strategies that have also enabled clients across the US, Mexico, Central America and Europe to improve productivity, increase quality, and reduce cycle times, inventory and waste culminating in more efficient responses to their customers' needs and marketplace demands.

Scott Gauvin, holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts and is a member of the China Business Round Table and is on the Board of Directors for AME Northeast, the leading association for Enterprise Excellence.
